Hello and welcome to our links area. The aim of these pages is to try and establish a central resource for people looking for information relating to M.E (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) and/or CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I am particularly interested in extending the links to other regional Self Help / Support Groups as these can be a major source of information and support to those people who have been recently diagnosed or those people who are demonstrating the bewildering array of symptoms associated with this disease(s), but who have not yet received a clinical diagnosis. In addition to web based links it is my intention to include contact information for groups who do not have a Web presence and additional contact information for other organisations that may be useful e.g. social services etc. Please note that although I try my upmost to vet the links provided in these pages the inclusion of any link in no way infers any sort of reference.
